Tips for women bodybuilding for beginners

Women (and men) move slowly from the stereotypical image of women practicing female bodybuilding is too macho and appearing like a party full of active and illegal steroids. Most people consider the first female bodybuilders photo media competitive bodybuilding events where female competitors were actually working for a prolonged period specifically for the special event. Many ladies these days recognize that the scale does not tell the whole story (I still think it is a minority of women who know or think basically this). Weight lot more muscle mass than body fat. Truth. Muscles burn calories. Truth. In case of increased muscle mass may weigh more on the scale, but definitely will burn more calories throughout the day.
