7 Reasons why we gain weight



We don't eat enough breakfast A full breakfast helps you to stick to a good diet.
We don't check our weight this is how to control your weight.
Weigh yourself in the morning on an empty stomach.
We sleep too little or too much,
 if you sleep for less than 6 or more than 9 hours,
There's a risk of gaining weight. Sleep for 7-8 hours.
We eat while watching tv don't watch television or distract yourself while eating. That way you'll eat more.
We eat excessively, we feel full after 50% of a portion of food, but we keep on eating.
We miss meals this leads to a slow down in metabolism and to weight gain. Try to eat at set times.
We eat too quickly or on the go. This way we chew food poorly, meaning that it's not digested fuly.
